Incense burner from Dhofar Mejmar
H 10 cm x 8-9 cm W. These pottery burners are made by women in the southern Dhofar region. The patterns are traditional. The Dhofar terracotta pottery is easy to recognize on its intense red color, which is achieved by firing in an open fire, with the characteristic crenellated statements.
