The film shows how traditional art forms are alive in many ways in Omani society, arching from antiquity to modernity.
From calligraphy, which is still a traditional art form which also affects trade and modern architecture, and appears also in the modern art scene in new ways, to traditional religious music, with experimental songs using modern compositional and recording techniques.
