Olimyrum® -Repair incense ointment 30ml

Olimyrum® Frankincense Repair Ointment is suitable for topical application to photodamaged and aged skin. It is devoid of estragole and free of synthetic fragrances, colorings and preservatives. Olimyrum ® Frankincense Repair Ointment has a smooth consistency, but is slightly firmer than Olimyrum ® Frankincense Visage Ointment.

The frankincense extract contained within was gently extracted from the Arabian frankincense Boswellia sacra (origin Oman) with many valuable ingredients. It is estragole-free * and free from chemical-synthetic fragrances, colors and preservatives.

In addition to the slightly higher concentration Frankincense extract the ointment contains lemon balm. This melissa hydrosol has a soothing effect on the skin and is suitable for the care of greasy, blemished skin. It also helps skin with tendencies to allergic and inflammatory irritations as well as with skin rashes. The trimyristin used in the ointment, obtained from the nutmeg fat, permits the ointment to be well absorbed by the skin. Due to its low tendency to oxidation, the ointment is ensured a long shelf life. The virgin olive oil and the trimyristin are carriers of vegetable extracts and also regenerate and care for the skin. Frankincense extract and melissa hydrolat (lemon balm) simultaneously act as natural preservatives, so that no further additives are needed.

Application: Olimyrum ® Frankincense Repair ointment can be repeatedly massaged in each day. The ointment treats inflamed, rough skin and is quite soothing for insect bites and minor wounds.

Shelf life: unopened at least 3 years, open at least 6 months

* Estragole is a natural aromatic substance found in frankincense and other plants, which the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung) evaluates as carcinogenic and mutagenic and whose content is to be kept as low as possible in foodstuffs. The Olimyrum® Frankincense products are thoroughly examined and the estragole content is below the detection limit.
