Since then I have continued to explore Oman from the land of Frankincense in the far south, to the tip of Musandam in the north. This book resulted from the wonders of serendipity. I met Anne Bouij, who also lved in Muscat in 1986, after she returned to Oman to work with Al Roya. A few meetings later and 'Walking through History' was the result.
